My truck broke down in Tyler on the way to a deer hunt on December 29, 2019, I initially had it towed to a Chevrolet dealership. Dunn transmission picked it up from them and did it for half the price. Dunn stayed in touch with me during the whole repair process. My truck was completed a day before promised. It had all new parts replaced and operates like it did when the truck was new. They offered a warranty that I purchased as well. All the employees are super friendly and went beyond to help and satisfy. I would give them a 5 star rating on everything. They even sent me an email for a transmission shop in Conroe for any follow up for me locally. If you need transmission service in East Texas I highly recommend you use Dunn Transmission.

"You guys are amazing"

I just want to thank you guys so much for helping to get my husband back on the road! He was traveling by himself from Virginia to Arizona to get set up at his new job, and once he was set up me and the kids would follow. Our clutch went out Sunday night and we were towed to another transmission place. They wouldn't have been able to start the fix until Friday, which would have put my husband in a real bind since he needed to get to Arizona to start work! You guys advised you could get him back on the road by Tuesday.

When you ran into a bit of trouble you guys were so amazing and paid to put him up at a hotel for the night since we only had reservations until Tuesday, AND you dropped him off and picked him up at the hotel so he wouldn't need a order a Lyft! You really took care of him, which means the world to me since he was alone and in need! You guys are amazing and there are no words to express how grateful we are for you and your kindness and your great work! Thank you! Feel free to use this to help promote your services because you guys are amazing and everyone should come to you for their transmission and clutch needs!
